All of the products on our website are produced "on demand".

Once you place your order, it goes into production, and the following production times apply:

Prints: 3 - 4 Business Days
Phone Cases: 1 - 2 Business Days
Greeting Cards: 1 - 2 Business Days

As soon as your products are ready to ship, we ship them out via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination address.

The following shipping times apply:

"Standard Delivery" Shipping Times:
-- Eastern United States: 1 - 3 Business Days
-- Western United States: 5 - 7 Business Days
-- International: 15 Business Days

"Overnight Delivery" Shipping Times:
-- United States: 1 Business Day
-- International: N/A ( international orders can not be shipped overnight)

As soon as the order ships, the customer will receive another e-mail with the tracking information.  In addition, the customer can login to his/her account on RafaelSalazar.myShopify.com at any time in order to view his/her purchase history and the shipment status of each purchase.

Depending on the location of the customer, the print(s) will arrive within 1 - 5 days, and the process is complete!
